We are seeking fully qualified Accountants with experience in program management, compensation & benefits accounting, pension accounting, risk assessment, US GAAP and data analysis.

Project Overview:
*Project: Compensation and benefit program risk framework. Establishing the risk assessment criteria to evaluate program health end-to-end from an operational, accounting and compliance perspective.
*The project is cross functional in nature and will closely partner with the operational teams in identifying, investigating and resolving risk items.

Overall Responsibilities:
*Assisting team leads with the project management and stakeholder engagement.
*In depth investigation of programs and evaluating the compliance with accounting standards and recognition under US GAAP & Local GAAP in jurisdictions.

Top Daily Responsibilities:
*Reviewing compensation/benefit programs across regions against risk matrix.
*Evaluating the current treatment against expected treatment under US/Local GAAP.
*Engaging business partners on specific programs to ensure programs are financially and operationally fit for purpose and de-risking potential issues as discovered.
*Assisting with metrics and KPI reporting to senior management on risks and progress as pertains to the programs in scope.
*Performing balance sheet reconciliations as it pertains to benefit programs under review.

Skill/Experience/Education:
*Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA CIMA or equivalent), with ideally 5-7 years of experience.
*Specific Tools or Applications experience: SAP, GSuite/Microsoft Office
*Compensation and benefits accounting experience.
*Technical accounting knowledge as it relates to compensation.
*Pension accounting experience.
*SQL or advanced Excel, data analysis.
