Accounts Receivable Admin 6mth FTC

Adecco are delighted to be partnering with our fantastic client, a leader in the healthcare sector, to recruit an Accounts Receivable Administrator on a FTC for at least 6 months. Their success is driven by their strong customer and willingness of their employees to go the extra mile for their clients.

Reporting to the AR team lead, this position will be required to fulfil the full range of AR and credit control responsibilities for the company, in a multi-currency & multi-location structure.

Working as part of the finance team, you will;

-Process a high volume of customer invoices
-Reissue customer statements
-Follow up on customer queries
-Ensure invoices are processed within agreed terms
-Reconciliation of customer accounts and month end accounts
-Allocation of customer remittances
-Month end invoice rebates to be processed
-Credit control over certain high risk accounts
-Ad hoc administrative tasks

Successful candidates will have;
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent prioritisation skills
Strong IT skills in particular Microsoft Excel
SAP Beneficial
Outgoing, friendly, team player
Problem solver
