Accounts Receivable Administrator

Adecco have an excellent opportunity for an AR Admin role to gain fantastic experience within a successful Irish company within the healthcare sector on a fixed term contract

The candidate will be responsible for a number of duties across AR and credit control functions in a multi-currency & multi-location structure. The candidate will ensure tight credit control processes are always maintained.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be part of the finance team and responsibilities will include;

Processing high volume customer invoices
Ensuring all invoices processed on time.
Allocation of customer remittances
Liaising with customers to ensure any queries are dealt with correctly
Credit control function for allocated accounts
Reconciliation of customer accounts & month-end reconciliations
Ensuring strict deadlines are met

The successful candidate should posses;

Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
Problem solver
Previous experience of working within a fast paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative
Excellent communication skills
Team player

Previous experience of SAP highly beneficial
