Adecco are delighted to be retained by an excellent client in Cork to recruit an temporary experienced Administrator to join their team for a 12 week contract.

This role is Hybrid working - Cork based

Core responsibilities:

Taking data from excel worksheets/emails
Updating master data in our back end systems
Testing & Quality checking work to ensure the data is accurate for Online systems
Working with Sales Teams & Digital B2B team
Co-ordinating workflow to meet deadlines

Skills & competencies

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. Able to use Excel (Pivot tables, worksheets etc), Outlook
Good understanding of Systems / Apps / Websites
Good communicator, written & verbal.
