We are seeking experienced Billing Program Managers with experience in process design, process improvement, billing operations, SAP, project or program management.

Key Requirements:

* Detail-orientated, used to ramping quickly to new process knowledge and acquire subject matter expertise to support process queries
* Process design/improvement and project management experience required
* Comfortable managing more technical conversations with Engineering - extensive technical background is not mandatory but aptitude to learn to be able to validate business requirements
* Questioning mindset - need to be able to challenge requirements handed down
* Experience of cross-functional/cross-lines of business large-scale projects
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving for clarity with large array of stakeholders - usually rapid-fire projects, with high-level of ambiguity in initial stages as government requirements are often ill-defined initially or drip-fed
* Excel/BI skills desirable
* Supporting with issues with invoices and troubleshoot
