Our client is looking to expand their team are looking to hire a new Business Development Manager to join their growing Dublin team to help build new pipeline and manage some of their key accounts throughout Ireland.
Roles and Responsibilities:
� Provide an excellent customer service experience corresponding with customers by email and phone.
� Accurate updating of CRM systems. Actively utilize CRM to record activities, ensuring contact details are accurate, duplicates are removed, new information is added, and accurate call / visit logs are entered
� Maintain positive relationship management with your assigned key accounts.
� Understand and proactively resolve any customer service issues.
� Assist sales managers in following up on any sales leads.
� Support your colleagues to achieve any team goals.
� Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
� Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.

� Preparing Financial projections and sales forecasts.
� Monitor and evaluate competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. Develop sales strategies that can be employed against competitors to win business.
� To communicate and collaborate with internal departments.
� To follow up all outstanding quotations.
� Ability to secure new customer maintenance agreements.
� Prospecting for potential clients and building a continuing list of prospects to call on.
� Meeting established sales goals as defined in our sales representative plan.
� Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and close business with nominated accounts, working in coordination with location business development resources.
The ideal Candidate:
� 3 - 5 years' experience
A degree in a business discipline is advantageous
� Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs. Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
� Must be flexible to work across different work sections within the business.
� Proficiency in the English Language is a requirement alongside the eligibility to work in Ireland
� Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer quotes/contracts, marketing materials, and customer specifications.
� Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
� Ability to solve practical customer problems. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
� Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company
