Adecco is delighted to be assisting the first real mobile cloud solution for SAP Business One in the entire world, with recruitment for their sales team. The software in question makes it possible for all small enterprises to utilise cutting-edge cloud and mobile technology.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play an important part in the growth and success of the business. The BDR will work as a member of the sales team and report directly into the Head of Sales.

The Role:
*Meet & exceed ARR Net New monthly, quarterly & annual Sales targets
*Contacting potential clients / prospects through cold calling
*Generate qualified sales opportunities
*Identifying potential client needs/pain points and presenting them with solutions
*Booking Demos & meetings for prospects
*Achieving sales targets & driving results
*Report weekly and monthly on targets
*Collaboration with Team colleagues to reach team targets

*Confident communicator - Interact with decision makers & stakeholders
*Proven success within a cold calling and lead generation
*Confident communicator by phone / email / LinkedIn etc
*Ability to upskill and learn - keep up to date on product enhancements
*Previous sales experience required
*Active listening - identify pain points
*Relationship building and people skills
*Objection handling
