Adecco: Client Account Coordinator
Location: Limerick - Hybrid Role - 2 x days in the office
Languages: French or German
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an exciting new position, the ideal candidate for this position will be an exceptional, client account coordinator who will be responsible for dealing with both pre and post-sales support to customers. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers to resolve customer-related issues/queries, such as deliveries and expedites.
Main Duties:
* Pre- and post-sales support to customers, channel partners, reps, and field sales
* Prepares regular reporting to customers -- backlog, shipments.
* Supports sales opportunities to: Distribution, Customers, Global Accounts; and prepares and maintains Quotations.
* Refers technical requests from customers, channel partners or reps to Sales or technical support.
* Receives, reviews and processes customer sales orders, ensuring that they comply with requirements.
* Handles projects as assigned.
* Manages quality returns and follow up with repair centres.
* Liaise with customers on post sales activities, which includes solving problems related to order management, delivery and payment issues.
* Prepares monthly reporting to customers.
* Duties and responsibilities may be modified or reassigned to meet the needs of the business.
Basic Qualifications:
* Ability to communicate in another language within our customer base, German, French or Dutch.
* Associate degree in science/technology, business or related degree required. Experience accepted in lieu.
* Previous experience
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with a company that sells through manufacturing reps and distributors.
* Order entry experience, Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 experience preferred.
