We are currently recruiting for Communications Support Specialists for our key client based in Dublin City Centre.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Communications Support Specialist to join the Public Relations Team who are pivotal in delivering on our client's business strategy.
This role will see you drive the delivery of results on an ambitious and innovative programme of communication.
You will support the Head of PR in implementing our client's communications strategy at a regional level enhancing our client's reputation through all of its external communications.


- Contribute to the overall delivery of the corporate strategy and grow the reputation of the our client by providing communications and project support for the PR team
- Be responsible for the running of the PR Team SharePoint, updates, co-ordination and maintenance
- Develop and draft internal reports, dashboards and contributions for regular updating to the senior leadership team
- Support the online and print media monitoring process and produce of the daily news briefings for internal partners
- Run project trackers capturing the work of the team and predicting future demand
- Identify and escalate PR programme and operational risks to ensure programme targets are met
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for the team to better enable coordinated and streamlined delivery of objectives
- Maintain and manage a repository of key documentation and external communication.


- Experience supporting busy communications or project teams
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent organisational, writing, editing, budgeting and communications skills
- Highly organised planning and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Advanced level in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, SharePoint
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on own initiative but be a core team player
- Experience in a utility, engineering, energy or public sector environment is desirable.
