In this role, our client is looking for packaging specialists to help build out their initial set of contextual Lineups and publish across buying doors for a set of focus countries in collaboration with local experts. Once trained on our client's internal tools, specialists will also share feedback on their internal packaging tools to continue improving the experience of contextual targeting

Top 3 daily responsibilities:
* Build compelling and scaled contextual lineups for customers
* Provide feedback on our packaging tools and experience
* Work closely with local specialists to verify and approve the launch of lineups

Main Tasks:
* Apply standard tools, resources, and processes, to troubleshoot defined problems of low to moderate scope and complexity.
* Escalate complex challenges to senior team members or managers.
* Develop working relationships outside the team, internally and externally, to contribute to cross-project collaborations.
* Follow direction and make suggestions on timing, goals, and objectives for assigned issues, workflows, tools, and/or products.
* Contribute to developing initiatives and practices to improve solution delivery, develop new delivery workflows, and drive solution innovation with minimal guidance.
* Help to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver or manage quality solutions
* Support assessment and identification of gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis and quantify impact of solving/the consequences of leaving issues unsolved.

Valued Skills:
* Ability to think strategically and to execute effectively
* English - fluency, both written and verbal (same applies if knowledgeable in any other language)
* Ability to develop, understand, and apply domain-specific technical knowledge
* Knowledge of the changing landscape of the industry, product areas, other key players, including technology trends and issues that affect the operations and the organization.
* Ability to manage and execute operational processes
* Knowledge of project planning methodology.
* Ability to create positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of expectations and agreed objectives.
* Ability to quickly learn the general concepts and principles in a statistical domain, solve or analyse issues or provide useful insights.
