Adecco: Corporate Receptionist

Location: Dublin City

Salary: €32,000 - €35,000

Contract: 6 months

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Corporate Receptionist, based at one of their sites in Dublin City. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who has previous experience in a client facing role where they have provided the highest standard of engagement through front-of-house, meetings, and event services.

Core Receptionist responsibilities:

* Answering the main door to visitors.

* Acting as an initial point of reference in the Reception area as required.

* To manage the switchboard and answer incoming calls.

* To welcome and sign in guests

* Advising the site focal or other management promptly about any signs of problems or concerns.

* To conduct Visitor Pre-screening checks

* To manage local badging activations

* Collecting and sorting local mail, including franking outgoing mail (if franking machine available).

* Management of local conference/meeting rooms.

* Management and booking of local hotdesks/hot offices/spare offices.

* Setting up and shutting down local coffee machines.

* Management of local catering orders.

* Capturing and recording data

* Co-ordinating and supporting in the set-up of local meetings, including provision and removal of refreshments, supporting IT technicians and room re-organisation (where applicable and appropriate).

* Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of kitchen areas

* Management and execution of local delivery services

* Managing replenishment of any local stock items (e.g. kitchen sundries, water etc.).

* To complete stationary orders.

* Support to local parking arrangements/bookings

* Supporting the site focal in other locally required duties when available and appropriate.
