Our global client is currently looking for a contracts administrator to join their dynamic team and provide support to the Legal Department and non-legal teams on various legal and administrative matters within the scope of a larger project.

You will act as a point person for internal or external clients, prepare preliminary drafts of legal documents, create process documentation, and lead training sessions. You will also identify and suggest system or process enhancements to manage workflow more effectively and select appropriate approaches from clear options to address legal challenges under some guidance from manager or senior team members.

Main Tasks:
* Advise clients on risks, complex agreement, and corporate and compliance structures, approval processes, policies, and procedures.
* Work alongside cross-functional Legal and non-Legal teams to conduct fact-finding investigations to gather information, documents, and data in response to discovery, regulatory agency, and various other 3rd parties' requests and diligence matters.
* Help conduct legal reviews, due diligence, and investigations regarding product, marketing, sales, corporate, compliance, and initiatives to provide solution-oriented practical advice to facilitate launches and innovation.
* Help update agreement templates, fallbacks, trainings, processes, and other resources.
* Maintain and update metrics to evaluate timeliness and quality of services, policies, and procedures.
* Investigate and respond to consumer complaints
* Provide legal specialist support during all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate development transactions, corporate expansions, reorganizations, statutory compliance, and governance.
* Occasionally manage negotiations with partners

Valued Skills:
* Ability to evaluate, analyse, and synthesize information to solve problems and draw conclusions.
* Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
* Ability to communicate clearly and transparently in discussions, presentations, and standalone written documents with diverse audiences.
* Knowledge of corporate legal or finance functions including systems, processes, tools, or procedures followed.
* Knowledge of internet technologies and related policy-regulatory environment.
* Ability to effectively manage a law practice or legal process, including creating and maintaining deadlines, delegating tasks, goal setting and meeting goals, and decision-making
* Project and time management skills
