Contracts Administrator

We are currently seeking Contracts Administrators with excellent analytical skills along with contracts reviewing & reporting experience. Our client is the market leader, many people can only dream of working with!

The Contract Administration function sits within the Risk Management & Compliance operations. Contract Administrators review contracts for integrity and facilitate the execution and finalization of the contracts.

The overall responsibilities will be to review and execute sales and procurement contracts for the EMEA region, report internally on all contract activities.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

Review and execute sales and procurement contracts for EMEA.
Report internally on all contract activities.
Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance and other Contract Administration teams across regions to address process issues and contract-related matters.
Contribute with reports, process documentation and other project requirements to various Finance Operations or Contracting Compliance projects.
Contribute to projects related to improving Contracts Administration processes in the region.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Ideally 3-4 years of relevant experience
Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco)
Salesforce CRM
