Adecco are seeking an outgoing, friendly individual with reception/ admin/ customer service experience to join our Limerick based client

This is temporary 6-9 mth role for a Corporate Receptionist
Limerick based
€10.90-€11.50 per hour dependant on experience

The successful candidate will be required to provide an efficient & professional reception service
whilst displaying exceptional attention to detail.

The role will involve;
Covering a busy reception desk
Greeting all visitors and ensuring any paperwork is completed accurately
Ensuring telephone calls are answered and transferred in a polite manner and any queries/ messages dealt with accurately.
Management of meeting rooms, using internal booking system
Assisting with the mailroom including incoming, outgoing post
Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with and followed up with relevant management
Offer a professional front of house experience at all times.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes;

Outgoing, friend manner
Experience of customer facing role, with excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Confident in written and verbal communication
Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
Basic IT skills, microsoft office
