Country Manager (Energy Drinks)

Adecco are delighted to be working with one of the largest energy drink producers in the world.

Our client are present in over 40 countries worldwide and they are looking to break into the Northern Ireland market and beyond.

This is a great opportunity to get into a well-established company with massive growth plans in Ireland.

This is a role that will require initial new business development and over time will develop into a people management position.

Responsibilities:
*Hunt new business opportunities to establish company in Northern Ireland
*Target both un trade and off trade market
*Participation in the selection of distributors
*Create a plan to achieve a market leader status
*In time build a sales team and lead the structure of the key account team
*Achieve company target and meet turnover target
*Present monthly marketing plans and work closely with marketing team.
*Understanding of competitors to increase market share
*Negotiation with new customers

Requirements:
*At least 5 years in Account Management/Key Account Management/Business Development role within the drinks industry (energy drinks, soft drinks, alcohol)
*Experience hunting new business
*Understanding of the drink industry (distribution/supply)
*To be based in Northern Ireland (or willing to relocate)
*Full drivers licence

*Very competitive base salary along with commission structure (depending on experience)
