Contract Role
Pay rate 12.50-14.50 p/h
In this role you will be providing multi-channel support to our customers using: phone,
email, online live chat.
Orders will be processed, customer information will be maintained, and any
efficiently handling consumer inquiries, grievances, and any other activities considered necessary appropriate for the job.
A customer service representative's job involves persuading clients and developing relationships for a long time and is essential to offering the high-level service.
Essential Requirements
* Experience in a customer service position
* When responding to consumer inquiries, display excellent telephone manners.
* Excellent organisational abilities and the capacity to set priorities in a hectic and dynamic surroundings
