Customer Service Representative

Adecco are delighted to be partnering with our client, within the logistics and supply chain space in Limerick to recruit a Customer Service Advisor who holds excellent Excel skills

The purpose of the role will be to work as part of the customer service team for your designated region, working alongside management, internal support and warehouse operations team carrying out day to day customer support activities. The role will involve dealing with customer queries in accordance to company SLA's.

The main duties & responsibilities will be;
-Ensuring all customer queries are logged correctly and put through correct SLA procedures.
-Ensuring any shipment issues are logged to the relevant departments
-Creating reports for customers in line with set KPI's
-Taking accountability and action on any customer complaints ensuring they are logged correctly on the system and to relevant teams and all corrective actions taken
-Tracking of all customer shipments from order through to delivery
-KPI reporting and tracking
-Taking part in customer projects and attending regular review meetings


-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Excel to include pivot tables
-Experience in logistics administration beneficial
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Meticulous attention to detail
-Ability to manage time effectively given initial remote work
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

This role is a customer service role but includes alot of administration and excel usage so for that reason candidates should have a very strong Excel ability.
