Customer Success Manager



Adecco are delighted to be assisting a market leading AI lead generation platform with their recruitment. They're looking for customer success managers in Dublin to join their growing sales team. The client in question offers an award-winning SaaS platform for market research and sales lead generation. Sales and marketing personnel can access their whole market opportunity and create a list of sales leads with verified contact information using the cloud-based platform. Since the technology is focused on producing top-notch sales leads for salespeople, the organisation truly values hardworking salespeople with the drive to be successful.



Responsibilities:

* Analyse, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues that your customers may face.

* Act as a POC between both the customer and internal stakeholders.

* Go the extra mile for our customers and make sure their challenges are overcome according to SLA's.

* Drive early adoption of the platform by hosting a best-in-class onboarding for both trialling and paying customers alike.

* Responding to help desk tickets via phone, email, and website chat.

* Managing internal releases and staying up to speed with a product that is evolving every day.

* Be the voice of the customer by escalating suggestions and feedback where appropriate.

* Provide insights to sales and marketing that could help grow revenue in other areas of the business.

* Train up new customers based on their use case via Zoom calls and product webinars.

* Create accounts on behalf of sales and manage user set-up pre and post-sale.



Skills & Experience:

* 2+ Years in Customer success / customer support / account management or similar.

* Preferable to have worked in a fast-paced start up environment. * Experience dealing with C-level personas from large companies.

* Working understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot.

* Working knowledge of excel and big data in general.

* Have a good understanding on sales and marketing processes as this is our customer profile.

* Should be highly empathetic, curious, self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

* Technical proficiency using ticketing tools like Freshdesk + Jira.
