Adecco are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to support our clients warehouse operations.
Location: East Cork
Temporary, ongoing role
Fulltime hours
Monday- Friday
Pay- €13.40 per hour
Transport necessary
The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning inventory, entering and updating data in their systems, and maintaining accurate records.
The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately scan products and update inventory records.
Perform timely data entry of received goods, shipments, and stock levels into warehouse management systems.
Ensure all files, reports, and documentation are maintained and up-to-date.
Communicate with warehouse staff and other departments to verify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems a benefit.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
