Our global client is looking for an exceptional, self-motivated and outgoing individual to organize and support high demand, high-profile engagements for senior executives and special guests to their Executive Briefing Center (EBC) in the new Dublin Office.

You'll be the owner of the onsite experience for CEOs and other senior executives from some of the world's largest companies visiting the Dublin office. You'll be coordinating high-profile experiences and meetings, ensuring smooth facility operations to educate and inspire our executive guests. You have that inherent desire to get every detail right (you go back and check things twice); the chops to multi-task the sometimes conflicting needs of internal and external clients, partners, and vendors and space all at the same time; and the poise, calm and composure to make it all happen with a smile.

For the right person, this role has exceptional exposure not only to our client, but also some of the world's most forward-thinking business executives.

Responsibilities
- Be the face of Executive Engagement in DUB
- Build strong internal relationships spanning functions and seniority levels; must become a trusted partner to sales, marketing, facilities, catering, security, reception etc
- Own the on-site experience for client and attendees from beginning to end, often acting as the official host and on-site POC.
- Bring our client's culture and values to life through office tours
- Proactively innovate on and contribute to other areas that will creatively enhance the DUB EBC experience
- Over time, manage other parts of the executive briefing process from sourcing and securing speakers, participating in qualification and planning calls through to prepping executive speakers and day-of facilitation.
- Own site and program operations for the DUB EBC including space management and room bookings
- Manage all executive engagement logistics including room configurations, catering, collateral, signage, tent cards, presentation collection etc

Ideal Qualifications
- Previous experience in one or more of these areas/industries: events, sales, administration, marketing
- Self-starter and a strong team player
- Exceptional project management, time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Experience organizing high-impact experiences
- Experience interacting with and influencing senior executives
- Analytical skills with an ability to measure results and impact as well as the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Experience working with clients and instinct towards putting the customer first
- Intellectual curiosity: interested in how businesses run and how executives think
- Comfort working autonomously in a dynamic role requiring high-level decision-making while also handling tactical execution and logistics
