As a facilities coordinator, you will work with colleagues to daily pursue great results and inspire customer moments of delight.
The day-to-day management of Facilities Services includes overseeing office administration, health & safety activities, and ad hoc service requests while also offering excellent customer service and experiences that foster a fun and safe work environment.
To keep the office functioning well, the ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly motivated, proactive, and exhibit tremendous initiative.
Supplier Administration:
You oversee, organise, and manage supplier staff and subcontractors to guarantee the supply of services is completed to your satisfaction.
You will log and track supplier-related issues and help to make sure the client obtains the best output. Supplier performance is key in providing excellence.
You guarantee that all supplier compliance procedures are followed.
Finance
You assist with operational budget development and management within contract guidelines and financial procedures to ensure spend compliance. You collaborate with the Finance and Support teams to ensure an accurate and timely invoice/purchase order process, and you investigate any issues as needed.
The ultimate goal of these roles is to contribute to developing and improving our safety culture.
You'll record quality hazards and make sure any ensuing actions are closed out to support this. This contributes to improving the safety culture and making our spaces safer.
You report all accidents, occupational diseases, and emergencies.
Project and Programs
You contribute to the First Day Of Business preparation and execution
You recommend initiatives to improve the local operations or customer experience and actively encourage your team to do the same
You plan and manage all building related projects and renovations your team is involved in
You recognise the benefit of change and support the deployment of initiatives at site level
You actively look for innovation that will improve any aspect of the contract
Undertake all other duties & tasks as reasonably requested by your line manager
Based on size, scale and location of your site you may be required to undertake aspects of other roles
