Finance Administrator

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Administrator to work as part of their Finance Team based. The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience working in a similar role and will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Main Duties:
*Purchase invoice processing and all associated tasks
*Supplier payments processing and all associated tasks
*Supplier statement reconciliation
*Inter Company Balance reconciliation
*Sales invoicing associated tasks
*Debtor's collections
*Daily bank posting and reconciliations
*Credit Card reconciliations
*Petty cash management and reconciliation & assist with the checking and analysis of employee expenses.
*Monthly VAT, VIES and Returns
*Preparation of management working papers to assist the management accountant
*Stocktakes and valuation
*Maintain the fixed assets register
*Assisting with statutory audit(s)
*Other adhoc administration and financial duties as required
