Head of Customer Success (Tech Industry)

The company owns a SaaS product which is a quality scoring system used by large organisations. The company has big growth plans and currently has 40 employees and are looking to double size over the next 3 years.

Responsibilities

Management of CSM team
Arrange and monitor client wellness review process
Be the Voice of the Customer to the product management and development teams, gathering, prioritising and presenting feature requests.
Responsible for training and upskilling clients on software packages
Proactively create drive content driven campaigns to increase customer engagement and product adoption.
Key Requirements

2+ years management in a Customer Success / Customer Service role within the IT/Software space
Software background
Remuneration

Competitive basic salary
