We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a HR Administrator to work at their site in either Galway or Roscommon. This is a contract position to cover a maternity contract and you will be working directly with the HR Director. This is a great opportunity for any individual who wants to gain additional HR experience working in multinational company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role or will have completed a degree in HR with strong administration skills.

Main Duties:
*Provide HR guidance to designated Leaders as well as corresponding Managers and Supervisors in the line
*Identify actions to address future business challenges and opportunities.
*Partner with HR Services team to provide recruiting support as needed
*Analyse available data to identify trends and proactively work with the Global HRBP, managers, and employees to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
*Support HR policy and HR programs, initiatives, and solutions
*Collaborate with Operations Leaders to set the inclusion and diversity strategy and support established goals, focusing on management level.
*Identify leadership and other development opportunities and stretch assignments, coach, and provide insight and guidance to strengthen pipeline/succession.
*Operate with a preventative approach and escalate identified employee relations to CEO in areas such as performance management, disciplinary investigations and procedures. Counsel and partner with CEO to address and bring resolution to employee/labour relations issues including but not limited to investigations, complaints, concerns, terminations etc
*Direct managers and employees to HR Operations and coordinate with HR Operations were required to ensure provision of high-quality HR services
*Support Key Talent, Pipeline, and Succession Planning.
*Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality at all times

Skills & Experience:
*Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred, relevant work experience in lieu of education is acceptable
*Previous experience in professional level human resources
*Knowledge of Ireland Employment Law is a plus but not required
*Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of flexibility
*Strong coaching, counselling and people skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
*Current knowledge on applicable employment and labour regulations
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
