Our client is looking for someone responsible for providing a professional Human Resources function full-time on their site, ensuring all Human Resource policies are implemented effectively and that employees are developed to their full potential through the development of effective communication processes between employees and their Managers.

Main Duties:
* Contributing to the people agenda strategy as directed by the HR Leadership Team
* Setting local HR objectives and goals which are aligned to sites operational priorities and objectives
* Ownership for the sites payroll of €9m through conducting regular checks for accuracy of reporting through an in depth understanding of the T&A system.
* Development of effective and focused people resources plans through close liaison with the resource planning manager that ensure the correct ratio of full time V agency colleagues is maintained.
* Utilisation of Group interventions and processes which identify future talent and embrace team Clipper philosophy
* Evaluate Company Group and locally delivered training interventions which meet priority learning needs at team and individual level and result in improved business performance
* To deploy and administer company policies and practices that foster effective working relationships at individual and collective level and lead to the team culture
* Providing effective leadership for the HR assistant.
* Development of operator training programs, including inductions, job specific training and compliance related training.
* Responsible for the development of training programs at all levels, embedding a culture of standard operating procedures
* Agency provider relationships and performance reviews.

Valued skills and experience:
* Effective communication at all levels
* Ability to deal with complex, difficult and emotional situations
* First Line Employee/Industrial relations knowledge
* Ability to cope under pressure
* Ability to work with tight deadlines
* Sound knowledge of TUPE would be ideal
* Implementation of HR Policies and procedures knowledge.
* Development of training programs
