We are currently recruiting for a HR Specialist for our key tech client in Dublin 4 with relevant experience in onboarding & offboarding, systems admin, query management, analytics, employee engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and employee relations.

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious HR Specialist to work closely with the HR Department and Core Business Departments on all things People and Culture related on an international scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Onboarding and Offboarding: take full ownership of the onboarding and offboarding processes.
*Systems Administration: Act as systems administrator for all HR systems and keep employee records updated.
*HR Point of Contact: Act as the point of contact and administration support for all employees on any documentation required (mortgage applications / employer references / landlord references/salary increases etc.).
*People Analytics: Provide regular HR reporting and employee data analysis to HRD/Department Managers.
*Employee Engagement: Organising and participating in HR events and other HR initiatives and activities internally.
*Career Development & Performance Management: Act as point of contact for scheduling/coordinating 3rd party training, and support the business during talent management and career development processes.
*Compensation & Benefits: Assist in healthcare benefits renewal processes, annual salary benchmarking, issue paperwork regarding compensation and benefits to employees, work with HRD/ other Department Managers and Teams on the design and rollout of new benefit schemes.
*Talent Acquisition: recruitment, screening CVs and carrying out HR interviews, issuing contracts and documenting all paperwork.
*Employee Relations: Act as a witness/scribe during HR investigations or disciplinary procedures, if required. Act as an advisor to the business on basic employment law queries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

*ideally a degree or diploma in Human Resources or relevant CIPD qualification (or equivalent work experience)
*Experience working in a HR Administrator/Coordinator/Generalist position
*Exceptional communication skills and a desire to work collaboratively within teams.
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
*Competent Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Skills with an interest in data reporting.
*Ability to work at a fast pace juggling various administrative tasks in a generalist role.
