Adecco are proud to be hiring for award-winning provider of education, travel, work experience, accommodation, and employment services. Our client offers a diverse number of life enhancing services to their customers and every member of our team is essential in achieving this. As an organisation we are recruiting for a new HR Admin.


Role:
* First point of contact for HR related queries
* Management of HR Databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis
* Recruitment advertising, applicant management and interview organisation
* Sourcing of external training providers and coordination of same
* Coordination of internal training
* Analysis and reporting of all training annually
* Ensuring compliance for audits with professional bodies
* End of year procedures/reporting
* General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc.
* Switch cover on an ad-hoc basis
* Full training on internal systems/processes will be provided

Requirements:
* Third Level Business qualification or similar
* Excellent communication skills - both written and oral essential
* Excellent IT skills - intermediate level MS Word/Excel essential
* Database management experience desirable
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
