New exciting opportunity available to join the Adecco Ireland team in the position of Inside Sales Consultant - if you are passionate about driving results, identifying, and developing new business, engaging with clients, and working with an award-winning team then this could be the job for you!
The successful candidate will have previous outbound sales experience and be responsible for prospecting new customers, this role will include conducing key B2B activities via outbound calls to new customers via phone, video platforms, emails, and social channels.
Main Responsibilities:
* Arranging prospective customer visits on behalf of Business Manager' across Ireland
* Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities to build a sales pipeline of targeted prospects.
* Manage sales pipeline through the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, and appointment setting.
* Take a customer service and sales approach with key business decision-makers targeting.
* Build relationships to determine needs, build value, and create engagement.
* Consistently exceed your weekly sales quota and be KPI driven.
* Must be comfortable using video tools
