We have a great opportunity to join a successful growing team working with the best in the industry as an Infrastructure Helpdesk Engineer to work in one of the offices in Dublin, Cork or Laois.

You will be managing client's infrastructure and client facing skills are required. You will be providing a 2nd level support remotely / office based role.

Skills required:

* Experience supporting clients

* Similar experience supporting the below

* Experience in building and configuring Windows servers

* Experience in creating and configuring Active Directory, DNS, DHCP services from scratch

* Experience in configuring networking services (print, file share, permissions, etc.)

* Extensive experience with routers, switches, VLAN, VPNs and firewall technologies

* Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English

* Relationship building and collaboration skills

* Demonstrated track record as a team player

* Demonstrated track record as a critical thinker

* Detail oriented and adept at understanding abstract concepts.

* BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management or related field

* Strong attention to detail and analysis skills

* Full driving license
