Job Summary
The IT Technical Support team member when fully trained, will have the ability and experience to handle the day-to-day IT support calls and work tasks related to the management and support the company portfolio. This position is an in-house support role with primary focus on telephone and remote support to our customers and support to team members. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with an ability to organise, prioritise and multi-task in a quick and dynamic industry. The candidate will be required to have confident communication skills and the capacity to explain technical IT issues to non-technical or clinical customers.
Job Responsibilities Role Includes: (But are not limited to the following)
*Responsible for IT Support of the company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software, operating systems and network products.
*Diagnoses and resolves Health Tech customer products performance issues - inhouse or remote support.
*Performs remote calibration, ongoing maintenance and repair services to existing customer sites.
*Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites remotely - based on product update notifications.
*Respond to customer queries and reported issues and continually support and try to improve customer satisfaction.
*Manage device drivers and image vault.
*Assist with maintaining'/updating the Health Tech IT equipment to latest software updates and to a high standard.
*Acts as an internal IT resource on technical issues.
*Document all actions and results in a timely manner.
*Work closely with team members to advise when hardware is ready for installations.
*Adhere fully to the quality standards required by our ISO certification.
