We have some exciting new opportunities for a Helpdesk Technical Support Engineer - level 1 to join a team who are dynamic and passionate about business technology. Be part of a collaborative environment that adapt quickly and work together to overcome the challenges.

Skills required:

Some experience in troubleshooting IT issues Experience in a capacity of IT Infrastructure Engineer
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Windows server (2012 / 2016 / 2019)
Resolve technical escalations covering a wide variety of technical issues
Find timely creative solutions to issues.
A strong desire to research and study new emerging technologies for consideration in future
Excellent listening skills
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Drives positive results in Customer Experience through timely response, and positive interaction.
3rd level Degree or an equivalent
