The Role
Adecco are recruiting for a Lead Engineer/ Technical Lead on behalf of a leading healthcare diagnostics company. This company provides clinical diagnostic services and therapeutic systems. This role will involve the manufacturing of medical equipment to support a variety of projects that the company are involved in.

This will be a permanent full-time role based on-site at the company's plant in Swords, Co. Dublin. The company are offering a competitive salary of €60,000 and a lucrative benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in design and development in electromechanical products/ modules, including verification and validation. You will also be required to have good project management skills, effective communication, and previous experience in a medical device environment is desirable (but not essential).

Key responsibilities
*Hands on experience in Design & Development of Electro Mechanical Products/Modules which includes verification and validation.
*Hands on experience in Design & Development of special Equipment's/ Products preferably medical testing equipment's.
*Hands on experience in Modelling & Drawing creation using UG NX 10 or higher version.
*Good knowledge in Medical Standards for developing new Medical equipment's.
*Good knowledge in verification and validation in design and development of new products/Equipment's.
*Hands on experience in Sheet metal and machining components which includes metals and plastics.
*Hands on experience in value engineering and cost cutting projects.
*Good knowledge in Mechanical & Electro Mechanical Modules.
*Good knowledge in Pneumatics and selection of mechanical elements and sensors.
*Hands on experience in stack up analysis. Expertise in GD&T as per ASME.
*Hands on experience in PLM tool, Team Centre.
*Hands on experience in DFMEA and DFM using DFM tools. Expertise in all kind of manufacturing processes.
*Hands on experience in client interaction & design reviews.
*Good written and verbal communication skill and should be capable of handling the project with minimum assistance.
*Should be capable of owning the project ownership from beginning to project completion.
*Should be able to deal with cross functional team in the project to achieve the project target within the schedule.
