Lead SalesForce Developer - Cloud Platform
Location: Dublin

This role will ideally suit someone who has been in the Lead role for a year and would like to continue building career.

The team provides CRM solutions that enable thousands of associates in the acquisition of new business and the daily support of our valued clients. You will own concept, produce designs, able to explain to the team and break it down into manageable chunks. You will be engaging salesforce solutions using standard configuration capabilities as well as custom solutions using Lightning components and Apex and for desktop and mobile. You wil be collaborating working relationships with the Business as part of a global Agile team of architects, analysts and developers using Scrum. You will input into overall technical architecture and change management process. You will be leading, guiding and mentoring junior team members.

Skills required:
*Some leadership experience, mentoring people
*Strong experience of working with Apex and Lightning components.
*Thorough knowledge of Salesforce configuration and workflows.
*Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mind-set.
*Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
*Experience creating and consuming Web Services (SOAP/Rest).
*Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
*Programming skills in HTML5, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript beneficial.
*Bachelor's or post-primary degree in a Technology-related discipline.
*Development experience with Salesforce.
*Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
