Adecco are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator/Administrator to join our Client's team, on a temporary 6 month contract.

Pay rate between: €17.94 -€19.48 per hour DOE.
Temporary 6 month role.
Fully onsite role.


The Logistics Co-ordinator is responsible for the coordination of logistics activities for the site. These activities include but are not limited to the following:

1.Handling all sales orders from receipt and review and scheduling delivery to the customer.
2.Contacting customers to clarify requirements, delivery dates, quantities, etc.
3.Liaising with Production on order progress.
4.Scheduling and liaising with the Transport providers.
5.Ensuring that the specific requirements of customers, particularly in the Biopharma, Pharma and Food Industries, are complied with.
6.Ensuring that the Health and Safety requirements for Packaging and delivery are complied with
7.Purchasing materials and packaging as needed.
8.Assisting in in Stock taking, stock control
9.Ensuring the Sales Director is kept informed of any customer issues.

Key Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Experienced in an Operational background.
- Excellent Administration Skills
-Computer/Systems Literate
