New Senior Integration Software Engineer, Dublin

We have a great opportunity to join a successful growing team in Dublin South working in a great environment for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a new IAM team focused on automation and modern systems integration .

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer. You will be a senior contributor to a browser-based applications. You will be working on development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers (including architecture) to work through technical designs, supporting other developers on the team with their deliverables, and participating in Agile sessions; work closely with the business to develop prototypes, pilots, and full-scale production applications. You will automate existing manual processes across the enterprise and implement modern systems integration techniques and procedures

Skills required:
*3-5 years experience working in an Agile Scrum development environment
*Working knowledge of systems administration and automation with modern scripting languages and environments such as Python, Perl, PowerShell or others.
*Experience in one or more of the following technologies: C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Angular, Spring, SQL, AWS, node.js, Azure.
*Experience working on software development teams utilizing shared code repositories, peer review, unit test and automated deployment
*Good working knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies such as containerization (Kubernetes), Automation, Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) would be an advantage
*Hands-on experience with API Development, RESTful APIs, both creation and consumption.
* Demonstrated expertise in designing and building scalable and reliable systems supporting business critical processes
* Understanding of basic Linux and Windows administration and shell scripting
*Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort following the best practices of agile development.
*Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player
*Full understanding of the software development process including exposure to integration and user-acceptance testing
*Strong communication skills (oral and written)
*A Bachelors or Master's degree in a computer-related field
