DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the processes, documentation, and terminology involved in international shipping
Generate correct billing information for clients
Follow SOP's for all shipments
Create, maintain, and update shipments on internal system
Full understanding of pricing. Provide quotes based on needs of client
Provides track and trace service to customers - High level of customer care required.
Ensure a high-level of data integrity within the shipments
Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt to changes and challenges you may face.
Builds great relationships with customers, responding timely and following up on issue resolution
Promote a positive working relationship for all team members
Minimum 3 years of Global Forwarding experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
