Adecco are delighted to be working exclusively with our East Cork clients new vacancy for an Office Administrator.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary on offer of €30,000 - €32,000 DOE. This position is an important role for the company as you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and liaise regularly with their clients, dealing with anything from general queries, order queries to complex delivery issues. You will deal with general administration, sales administration and transport administration.

Given the nature of the role, we are seeking bright, outgoing candidates with excellent communication skills who thrive on working in fast paced environments and have the ability to work on their own initiative with experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role will involve but not be limited to;

Answering the switchboard

Order processing

Dealing with couriers/ hauliers

Resolving customer complaints and queries

Word processing

Filing- Both manual and electronic

Checking orders are processed correctly on the system
Arrange international deliveries

Liaise with production team to arrange couriers

Liaising with internal departments

Signing visitors in and out of building

The ideal candidate should have;

Experience in office administration

Proven experience of processing orders and ensuring all are accurate online

High level of detail accuracy

Excellent numerical/ verbal reasoning

Good administrative skills

Friendly, outgoing and professional

Background in a manufacturing environment beneficial
