Office Manager- Maternity contract

Adecco have an exciting opportunity for an experience Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to join our clients team on a fixed term contract

This position is an integral part of team and we are looking for positive, motivated and task driven individuals who thrive in a fast paced environment.

This is a fixed term, 12 month contract and will initially be a remote based position, candidates will need to be flexible with the possibility of this moving to an on-site role depending on restrictions.

The responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Main point of contact on-site
Assisting with recruitment selection process eg screening
Acting as EA to senior management
Diary management
Travel management
Day to day office management
Stationary ordering
Arranging company events
Management of in house systems


Candidates must posses the following skills;
Excellent organisational skills
Good telephone manner
Meticulous attention to detail
Outgoing and friendly manner
Good prioritisation skills
Creative and able to bring fresh ideas
Ability to work on own initiative
Experience in fast paced environments and working to deadlines
