We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our client in Shannon. In this role, you will be responsible for both Customer/Vendor enquires, researching stock, sending and receiving quotations, and placing purchase orders. You will be responsible for every stage of the process, working alongside both the Sales and Purchasing teams, to ensure all orders are met within the agreed time frame. Success in the role will require strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and consistent numerical accuracy.


* Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
* Strong communications skills are required as you will liaise with both Customers and Vendors.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
