Our client's team is passionate about tech and digital products and want to help them succeed in all markets.

They solve problems and execute large multi quarter programs to deliver impact. This could include influencing product strategy, developing scalable product solutions, helping onboard new users, optimising workflows, and providing technical implementation services to our users, with the goal of creating an ideal user experience, creating and streamlining business and operational processes, developing detailed documentation, processing diagrams and user journey audits, and increasing the overall efficiency of how they implement and support their products.

By joining this team you'll be representing the voice of millions of users and many of our partners globally by specialising in scaling and building technologies, systems, and programs for consumer facing products.

Job responsibilities:

- Engage with wider teams and product stakeholders to create a user centric support and enablement ecosystem that delivers a uniquely user experience.
- Influence product strategy, develop user support strategies, prioritise projects and resourcing needs, and lead cross-functional projects and business reviews for stakeholders. You'll keep the big picture in focus while diving into the engineering and business challenges of your stakeholders and consumers.
- Understand and contribute to product vision and strategy for account experiences
- Drive Scaled Support programs that deliver user support at scale e.g. communities, forums, social support, in-product feedback
- Manage the ongoing delivery of a multi-year product support roadmap, balancing short-and long-term goals and investments and priorities
- Represent the voice of the user by providing insights, evolve the user journeys, and develop and improve the user experience strategy for product offerings, based on a deep knowledge of products and market landscapes
- Partner closely across different cross-functional groups (Engineering, Product Management, UX, Analytics, Content, Technology) that touch the identity space to support the creation of a cohesive offering where the needs of the consumer are front and center
Minimum qualifications

Ideal skills:

- Strong project or program management skills, leading and implementing high-impact projects with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
- Experience working on user support at scale, and with community and social channels e.g. forums, communities, Twitter, survey feedback
- Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
