Our global client is looking for someone who possesses a foundational understanding of media product area and operations, to apply standard methods to solve pre-defined problems and execute complete tasks related to operations, execution, and customer feedback, within the scope of a larger project.

Main Tasks:
* Assist clients in making cost-effective and correct use of a product through assisting in planning, implementing, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining products.
* Ensure all service teams are trained on product functionality, common support issues, and product details in a timely and efficient manner.
* Determine launch readiness for products considering product maturity, risk, and stakeholder feedback.
* Support troubleshooting on product outages and issues, lead response communications for the business org.
* Manage betas and experiments by developing testing criteria and supporting materials, recruiting candidates, collect and prioritize feedback, and share feedback with appropriate stakeholders (eg. Product, Sales, Engineering).
* Create, contribute to, and/or follow product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications and validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
* Benchmark landing success against previous landings and apply earnings to improve processes and enable future landing success.
* Conduct launch process ensuring operational readiness for every product launch.
* Share and scale successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate.

* Ability to understand stakeholder needs through dialogue before conducting analysis and making recommendations.
* Knowledge of product capabilities, updates, and improvements, features, benefits, uses, and support needs.
* Ability to execute products in conjunction with business strategy consistently and reliably.
* Ability to consider all possible outcomes when making a conscious decision or presented with an opportunity
* Ability to develop detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
* Ability to use objective based methodical approaches to analyse complex problems to identify root causes that culminate in offering data-driven solutions and recommendations.
* Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value of products, services, and solutions to create competitive advantage.
