As a Production Leader, you will be at the forefront of manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment compliance, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving operational efficiency. With a strong emphasis on people management and clear communication, your leadership skills will be vital in driving our manufacturing processes forward.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritise Health and Safety: Champion a safe working environment by instilling a culture of safety and responsibility among the team.
- Quality Management: Lead quality initiatives to maintain high standards throughout the value stream, addressing any non-conformances promptly and effectively.
- On-Time Delivery: Ensure customer satisfaction by prioritising timely delivery of products.
- Production Line Management: Oversee production line operations, including managing staff and facilities to ensure seamless production.
- Planning and Organisation: Develop an operational year plan, optimising products, processes, and procedures for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement lean initiatives and process improvements.
- Leadership and Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to our diverse and inclusive leadership team, contributing to site leadership meetings.
- Goal Attainment: Drive revenue targets and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.

To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in people leadership and manufacturing operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence others effectively.
Bachelors degree within a relevant discipline
Relevant manufacturing experience
Communication and people leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, along with strong organisational skills.
