Have you ever wondered what it is like working for one of the largest producers of medical devise in the world and are looking for a career change then this could be the ideal job for you we are looking for production operatives based about 25 minutes outside Cork City centre the ideal candidate must have good written and verbal skills have good attention to detail and numerical skills Pharmaceutical is the most sustainable employment market at present that provides stability and career progression.

Responsible for the assembly and sub-assembly of medical devices, primary packing and boxing and consistently following work instructions and SOPs
Highlight quality issues to Senior Operatives, Supervisor, Manager and/or Quality Technicians
Perform measurements, inspection and testing in-process wherever required
Perform production processes such as cutting, stripping, mixing or others as required by the product process specification
Follow the Personnel Cleanliness Handbook to ensure controlled entry and exit from the CME in order to minimise risks of contamination
Adhere to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) by following controlled documentation, completing required production batch paper work and by maintaining all manufacturing records accurately and legibly (according to GDP and SOPs)
Work to a set quality standard and meet personal daily production targets
Maintain a lean, tidy organised working environment throughout the CME following procedures for cleaning and recording of cleaning activities
For all tasks, make suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and implement where applicable / requested to do so
