Our client's teams work with companies, government agencies, and academic institutions to make them more productive, mobile and collaborative by using optimized products to get their work done. They are currently seeking a new and passionate team member to build and drive programs and partnerships that help the future workforce succeed in their careers.

To address the cloud skills gap faced by organizations, the cloud learning team continues to make investment in innovative new programs to build out these skills, in particular among current higher education students and underemployed or underrepresented groups.

This role requires a strong program manager with a passion for 'changing the world' and driving impact at scale with an ecosystem of partners.

- Be a thought partner with other key teams to identify skills and education programs based on cloud learning materials.
- Identify and build an ecosystem of partners including educational institutions and non-profits to drive learning outcomes at scale.
- Work cross-functionally and with vendors to design and develop assets required to launch programs. These include technical and non-technical curriculum, marketing and onboarding materials, communications, standard operating procedures and related assets.
- Manage all operational aspects of any programs you develop (e.g. clear workflows, processes, tools, metrics dashboards etc) and ensure the programs can be successfully launched and run. Programs will need to be delivered on-time and within budget.
- Effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g. wider learning org, senior stakeholders, education teams, Marketing, localization, legal, external partners etc) throughout program life-cycle e.g. to get approvals, provide updates, generate program awareness, make program changes etc
- Track program success and iterate based on observations and analysis.

Ideal qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of the education/technical skilling landscape in Spain would be valued.
- Program Management experience with proven ability to structure and drive new initiatives at scale would be valued.
- Experience successfully delivering and operationalizing complex projects, with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) and tight deadlines and limited resources.`
- Experience managing education and/or skills development programs with partners
- Self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous and very fast moving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to make compelling arguments to gather stakeholder support.
