The role
Adecco are recruiting for an exciting Project Engineer/ Manager role for a growing projects department on behalf of a world-wide leading provider of clean utility systems for the pharma & biotech industry.

This is a permanent, full-time role that will be based on site in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. The company are offering a competitive salary DOE and a rewarding benefits package. Additionally, this is a great opportunity to expand your skillset in a friendly, fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will be part of the Engineering and Contracts tea, providing management of the projects, client facing interactions, process, technical solutions for new/ upgrading projects on existing systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
*Management of Project form Sales handover to Completion including complete lifecycle of design, procurement, build, FAT, site installation, commissioning, SAT and handover
*Ability to commercially manage the project throughout the contract including Client scope requests
*Review of Customer URS' and specifications
*Development and maintenance of project specifications, enquiry packages and P&ID drawings
*Design and specification of equipment and systems to meet current regulations and client standards
*Process Descriptions - develop detailed descriptions of projects including:
*Revisions to P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's)
*Line Sizing Calculations and Material of construction selection
*Assist process department in Sizing of equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, control valves)
*Writing Functional Specifications and control logic documents
*Participation in design reviews, (Risk Assessments / HAZOPS, Safety & Environmental reviews)
*Working knowledge of automation
*Work with the Project team on developing issue for purchase component details
*Close out detailed design and contract queries with the project team (piping designer, Electrical, Automation & Instrumentation, commercial queries)
*Assist in FAT execution
*Assist in SAT's as required

Required Skills and Experience
*B.Eng. Degree in Chemical / Process / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
*Experience in Clean Utility process engineering
*2-7 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
*Motivated / Enthusiastic
*Methodical and detail orientated
*Good interpersonal skills
*Work on several projects simultaneously
