Project Manager

I am very excited to be partnered with a scaffolding company based in Cork that has accomplished an unparalleled reputation for safety and quality by providing safe, reliable and cost-effective access solutions to the industrial, commercial and residential sectors for over 43 years.

This company is seeking a Project Manager that will be directly responsible for running a number of sites around Cork approx. 4-6 and 25 employees. In this role you will help to manage the complexities, meetings with clients scheduling, tracking etc. The role is primarily site/office based (Cork City only) and some elements of work from home.

The role:
* Aid the development of the company management system
* Work closely with the Senior H&S and Supervisors ensuring that the management and H&S systems are being implemented on site and foster a culture of continual improvement
* Record information as required by the senior management team to allow for reports to be generated and key performance measured
* Preform design / checks in collaboration with other designers and as an individual
* Ensure designs are erected and maintained in the field per your instructions

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or a related field
* Strong knowledge of project and construction risk management best practices
* Experience in planning, development, cost management, construction, risk management and public procurement
* Ability to manage workload of multiple projects of varying complexity
