Project Manager:
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will play a central role in the business development of the company in Ireland.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Evaluation of customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables
*Liaise with the various internal and external stakeholders on the projects to ensure clear communication between all parties
*Responsible for project resourcing requirements, monitoring, and attainment throughout the project lifecycle
*Development of detailed Project Plans including EHS requirements in order to align the stakeholders and team members
*Responsibility for direct supervision of vendor engineers and contractors during engineering works on managed projects.
*Provide proactive technical expertise in developing and managing solutions to support project delivery.
*Manage and communicate the overall financial performance of engineering projects, including cash flow, life cycle costs, variations, billing, terms
*Manage variations to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, and reflective of authorized changes to facilitate customer acceptance
*Manage complete day to day life-cycle of project from initial stages through to hand-over
*Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction
*Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress
*Assist in negotiation with equipment suppliers
*Escalate any issues or concerns with the projects to the Engineering Manager or senior management team as required
*Build up technical knowledge of refrigeration specifications and solutions in order to provide a level of technical advice when attending site meetings
*Manage and develop key supplier relationships
*Maintain a safe working environment by continuously promoting safety awareness
*Participate in tender preparation as required
*Ensure all document control and change control requirements are continuously adhered to
*Understand Risk management and action plans to mitigate risk
*Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Skills \ Education:
Qualification in Construction, Engineering or similar discipline
Minimum 5+ years' experience leading projects Project Management experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong MS Office skills - familiar with MS Project or similar package desirable Excellent team player.
Good ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Ability to read CAD drawings
