We are seeking a Project Manager with European digital laws and regulations experience. Our client is the market leader, that many people can only dream of working with!



Project Overview:

As a Project Manager of the Local Services team, you will be in charge of managing several projects related to guarantee platform legal compliance with European regulations and manage risk and quality escalations across all active EMEA countries.

To succeed in this role, the Project Manager needs to be comfortable with starting projects from scratch, be proactive, experienced in Legal, Customer Quality and Project Management, extremely organized, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, skilled in policy creation, possess outstanding communication skills, integrate feedback from various sources and be able to prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders to have the most impact.



Overall Responsibilities:

Request, manage, review and operationalise all legal studies delivered in order to expand the Program to new regions and verticals. Coordinate with legal, operations and product stakeholders to apply necessary adjustments in order to ensure platform compliance.
Monitor and optimize Provider escalations and live provider quality initiatives in EMEA to ensure that we acquire and activate accounts that meet quality and policy requirements.
Coordinate with Regional leads and global quality managers to discuss and resolve Provider/account quality issues raised by customers and to improve the quality management system based on audit results. Function as a liaison between various teams, and represent EMEA on conversations related to legal and quality matters.


Top Daily Responsibilities:



Coordinate with legal stakeholders to manage and operationalise legal studies.
Review platform escalations and risks with legal stakeholders, apply necessary adjustments and escalate to operations stakeholders.
Review legal documents and manage operations and clients requests to update document requirements.
Review European policies and ensure relevance and accuracy across external resources.
Proactively anticipate risk and quality threads and influence product development for quality success through identifying risk mitigation opportunities at scale and quality enhancement opportunities for our product.
Update external platform policies and documents to meet country needs.
Support Onboarding, Verification and Reactive Support teams on Quality assurance and quality training to improve overall quality in Europe.
Monitor, manage and resolve direct complaints about live accounts in the region.
Enforce temporary and permanent client account suspensions and notify accordingly.
Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by senior stakeholders.
Influence other business operations to optimize Program's quality by leverage quality learnings across Onboarding and Verification operations.
Work closely with the Local Services ads product team to create organic accounts that meet the quality standards of our platform.
Recommend a course of action to tackle various escalations related to legal and quality, as well as executing such plans.


Mandatory requirements

Degree in Business & Management, Economics, Law or relevant experience in law environment.
Ideally 5 years' experience in Project Management.
Experience with European digital laws and regulations.
Comfortable navigating and manage large databases and large documents.
Fluent English required.
Experience working with stakeholder across diverse time zones.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Extreme attention to detail.


Desired requirements

Previous experience in Risk Management programs.
PMP certification.
French / German proficiency
