Recruitment Coordinator - Hybird Role

Adecco have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Engineering team. This is and will remain a hybrid role where you will work between home and the Limerick base and assist the Business Manager in the recruitment activities involved in recruiting experienced Engineers at all levels. The Role:
*Source and screen candidates from various social platforms
*Manage updates on internal candidate and client database
*Assisting with the interview process to assess candidate qualifications, skills and previous work history
*Attending client meetings to understand requirements and build relationships
*Complete daily "keep in touch" candidate calls
*Use video interviewing technology and assessments to shortlist and select candidates
*Advertise job vacancies and manage responses
*Complete reference checks and background checks

Requirement:
*Excellent admin and organisational experience
*Previous experience supporting a sales team would be an advantage
*Previous experience working in a candidate sourcing or recruitment resourcer role
*Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
*Strong desire to succeed
*Resilience, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure.
*Ability to operate in a competitive environment and work to tight deadlines
