Job Title: Field Sales & Specification Manager within their Architectural Coatings division



Our client, a leading global organisation operating in nearly 70 countries and a proud member of the Fortune 500, is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join their team as a Field Sales & Specification Manager within their Architectural Coatings division.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Dublin, covering all of Ireland.



Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Actively engage with architects, designers, and key decision-makers across the country to generate and secure new business opportunities.

Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with A&D practises and in-house client architects to become a trusted partner in the specification process.

Market Penetration: Identify potential projects and sales leads, and strategically manage the specification of products to ensure inclusion in new and ongoing projects.

Project Management: Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution from initial specification to project completion.

Sales Reporting: Track regional performance, monitor progress, and provide detailed weekly reports to the leadership team on sales activities and market conditions.

Brand Representation: Represent our client at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, positioning the company as a leader in the architectural coatings market.



Requirements:

� Proven experience in sales roles, within the architectural or design industry.

� Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of successfully driving sales growth.

� Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for influencing key decision-makers.

� Proficiency in IT tools and sales management software.

� Full clean driving licence is essential.
